My client is a leading provider of care to adults with an acquired brain injury. They are based in a beautiful countryside location offering first class care and facilities. They are currently looking for a qualified Nurse to join their growing team. Duties for this post include:

• Providing high quality care for residents suffering from acquired brain injury
• Taking responsibility for the physical well-being of the residents, ensuring that needs are met
• Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of staff
• Carrying out assessments and individualised care plans for residents
• Promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect
• Delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement

You must be able to demonstrate:

• An RMN/RGN/RNMH or RNLD qualification and NMC registration
• A passion for caring and helping people maintain their independence and choice in homely surroundings
• A proven ability to deliver an excellent Practice Nurse service and promote excellent relationships
• The ability to lead, mentor and motivate a staff team
• A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and belief in giving your personal best at all times
