It was very difficult with me for the past three weeks for me to come to this decision but I just have to make it. I have been shuttling between Northampton and London that made it very difficult for me to continue working with Elite. It was very difficult for me to be available these times therefore I have to end my service with you. I learned a lot in your organization and I appreciate that very much. I feel very fortunate to have been associated with Elite Care for the last four months. During this period my experiences and training have been invaluable, and I leave with pleasant memories.

Elite Care provides permanent weekend and night cover at one of our projects, and permanent night cover at another.  They also provide to all of our centres with ad-hoc cover. Elite Care provides an effective service; they have always tried to provide suitably qualified staff.  Whenever we have had any issues with their staff they have dealt with it promptly and efficiently.  I have no hesitation in recommending their service to you. 

We have been Social Workers with Elite Care since 2008 and have never been without good quality placements that meet our needs and expertise. We have been more than happy with the support that Elite gives us and the fact that we are always paid on time (something which other agencies - so we have heard - can be a problem). We are not registered with other Social Work Agencies and never have seen the need to given the excellent service that Elite gives to us. We would recommend Elite as a Social Work Agency to anyone considering entering into agency work.

Elite have been very consistent and thorough in their search to find a Registered Manager for us.  We have received regular phone calls regarding potential candidates, reliable cv’s have been sent with any further information being obtained and reported back to us.  Alison has been an absolute godsend, is very approachable and has provided an excellent, professional service.  I’m almost sorry that they were able to find a successful candidate with us as I’ll miss the calls!!  Am happy to highly recommend Elite and look forward to working with them again in the future.

After receiving a fairly mediocre service from another carer staffing agency, I decided to try some alternatives to improve the flexibility of agency cover. Elite showed a wholly different approach to other agencies we worked with - staff at least as good as our own, well trained. I did my first shift in May, 2008. I started, not very sure of what to expect.
