We are recruiting for x2 Senior Support workers for the UK’s leading Charity for people affected by Autism.
This role is to provide highly skilled support. Mentoring, development and managing of developing team members and to assist with the smooth running of the management team.
This post could either be in a School Setting, Registered Home, Supported Living Scheme, Day Centre or in the Community.
You will already have:-
- NVQ 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- 3 year’s experience working with people with disabilities including Autistic Spectrum Disorders
- Previous experience of Supervising/ Managing staff
- Full manual Driving Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorders
This is a full time permanent post, with shift patterns included.
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £16,101 - £16,800 depending on experience.
