SUPPORT WORKER

NORTHAMPTON

£8.91 + PER HOUR

My client is looking for experienced permanent Support Workers to work with adults with learning disabilities in supported living accommodation.

Duties will include:

• Encouraging independent living, including assisting with social activities
• Assisting with cooking and other domestic chores
• Working both as part of a team and also lone working with individual service users
• Working flexible shifts
• Undertaking all aspects of personal care

 To be successful in this exciting role you will need:

• Experience of caring for people with learning disabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work shifts
