They are currently looking for a Practice Improvement Manager to join their practice improvement team to ensure they stay current and innovative and work with other Department’s to help shape new models of service delivery.

The main duties for the role of Practice Improvement Manager will include:

  • Providing a professional, responsive and collaborative approach to practice improvement, working with managers and teams identified as being in need of improvement to ensure the very best outcomes for children, young people and their families
  • Undertaking a range of inspection and audit processes e.g. Service Health Checks, Mock OFSTED’s, desk based analysis of service performance, contributing to identification of consistently excellent services and those requiring improvement
  • Providing support and working directly with the bid writing team to provide an operational perspective of service delivery requirements, including establishing new models of delivery and team working
  • Ensuring Safeguarding practice meets organisational and national best practice standards including taking a lead on auditing processes, internal and external quality assurance processes
