My client is the largest care and education provider in the UK and Ireland. They are currently looking for staff to work in their residential homes for children and young people.

In this post you be will be required to manage a residential home for children and young people. The focus will be on providing the best outcomes for children and young people, and managing the home and staff to achieve this. This will include responsibility for the home environment, health and safety, budgets and leadership of the Home.

For this role you will need:

• A minimum of five years child care experience
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Management within children’s services
• Registered Managers’ award/NVQ4 or QCF L5 in leadership and management in child care (or equivalent)
