Our client is a service specialising in the care of people with progressive neurological conditions and acquired brain injury. They are currently looking to fill two Charge Nurse roles:

1. Critical Care Unit (nights)
2. Acquired Brain Injury Unit

Duties for these roles will include:

• Responsibility for the clinical care of all residents in the absence of the Senior Nurse Manager
• Working as a member of the nursing team
• Providing ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of residents’ physical and physiological needs
• Maintaining safe custody, accurate administration and recording of drugs at all times.
• Acts as a professional role model, clinical leader, a resource for staff, and supporting, guiding and supervising staff as required

The successful applicant must be:

• A registered RGN/RMN
• An experienced Nurse
• Aware of the Nursing Home Registration Act
