Our client is the most experienced and largest providers of specialist, secure and step-down care across the UK, catering for adults with Mental Health Issues, Personality Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.

They are currently looking for someone to join their ‘outstanding’ Nursing team. Duties for this role will include:

• Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
• Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
• Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
• Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress

For this exception role you will need:

• A RMN or RNLD qualification
• A proven ability to co-ordinate care, prioritise tasks and manage Health & Safety issues
• The drive to learn and develop
• A commitment to patient-centred care and to values-based and evidence-based practice
• A flexible, positive, team-orientated approach
