£18,540 - £20,315 per annum (£9.61 - £10.53 per hour) plus enhancements

I am looking for a Support Worker to join a Personalised Support Team (PST) in Loughborough and make a real difference to individuals’ lives!
You will provide bespoke, person-centred support to service users who have a range of different support needs at a supported living service in Loughborough town centre
Duties will include:
- Providing care and person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, Asperger’s Autism and/or mental health needs
- Providing tenancy related support
- Helping with budgeting and debt management
- Helping individuals to access the community
- Advocating a healthy lifestyle
- Improving confidence and independence
The service currently operates 7 days a week between 7am – 10pm including bank holidays and weekends. You must be able and willing to work on a rota basis and may need to provide personal care.
