Night Care Shift Leader

£9.90 per hour

 

I am working with a fabulous independent care home based in the Earls Barton area to find them a Night Care Shift Leader.

In this role you will:

• Provide a high standard of personal care, hygiene and support to residents during the night
• Act in the best interest of the residents, striving to enhance their well-being 
• Protect the safety of all the residents within the home during the night
• Direct and co-ordinate sleep-in staff

 

For this post you must have:

 

• Experience of working in a care home
• The ability to work waking nights
• An understanding of the needs of older people
• The ability to carry out physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting and walking around the building
