REGISTERED NURSE - (NIGHTS)
NORTHAMPTON
£15.81 - £17.96 per hour
My client is one of the leading providers of luxury care and support accommodation for older people in the UK. They are currently looking for an RGN to join their friendly, caring and hard-working team at their beautiful home in Northampton.
Duties for this role will include:
- Responsibility for the well-being of residents within the registered care home, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Leading a team of Seniors and Care Assistants
- Ensuring the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with company policies and CQC guidelines
- Being the first point of contact for family members and visiting healthcare professionals
For this rewarding post, you must be have the following:
- Current registration with the NMC and be qualified as a Registered Nurse
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a hands on approach
- Knowledge of medication rounds and the safe administration of medicines
- Practical experience of providing high quality care and exceeding expectations
