I am looking for an experienced Manager to run a new dementia care hub in Anfield, offering care and support for 60 people with a variety of care and support needs. This is a great opportunity to join a national care company and build up a new service.

Duties for this roles will include:

• Recruiting, supervising and managing a staff team
• Being the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service
• Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
• Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times

For this post will you need:

• Registration as a Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a UK Pin
• A caring and compassionate nature with strong leadership skills
• Experience of managing a service of a similar size and client group
• The ability to build a great team who can deliver high quality care
