I am looking outstanding nurses to work in a brand new care and nursing home due to open in Poole.  You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level.

Duties will include:

• Providing excellent clinical support to all residents
• Supervising your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service
• Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times

For this role you must have:

• A minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience
• Current NMC registration
• Up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development.
• A passion about delivering person centred care
