I am currently recruiting for an experienced Manager to manage a project comprising of 17 flats for adults with disabilities.
This is fantastic opportunity and duties will include:
- Providing effective leadership and management and providing high quality person centered services which are compliant with regulatory standards, contract compliance standards and quality assurance standards
- Work effectively with external agencies to promote the work of the company and to increase referrals and placements within the Scheme
- Completing assessments to inform care plans for all individuals referred to the Scheme
- Providing supervision and support to all staff delivering services within the Scheme, through effective recruitment and selection, coaching and performance management and support
- Developing, monitoring and supporting the delivery of person centered services to all people living at the scheme
For this role you must have:
- A professional Qualification/NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years’ experience within the learning disability/physical disability/mental health sector along with management experience
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with families/carers, housing partners, local commissioning teams and key health and social care professionals
- Experience of referrals and assessments
- Good local networks with commissioners and the local authority
