Our client is a service specialising in the care of people with progressive neurological conditions and acquired brain injury. They are currently looking for Staff Nurses and would happily accommodate newly-qualified Nurses.

This role will include:

• Participating as a full member of the nursing team
• Providing ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of residents’ physical and physiological Maintaining safe custody, accurate administration and recording of drugs at all times
• Developing Key Worker roles
• Providing health education through promotion of independence, personal & social skills and social and leisure activities for all residents
