PART-TIME RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
NORTHAMPTON
2/3 days week
£18,000 (pro rata)
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work 2/3 days per week 8am – 5pm. You will be working on both permanent and temporary desks in a friendly independent health care recruitment agency in Northampton.
Duties will include:
- Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, what they do and their work culture and environment
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
The need for further flexibility in hours is essential to this role.
Experience in this field is desirable, but not necessarily in Heath Care Recruitment, and training will be given. The role also incorporates a weekend on-call rota 1 weekend in 4 (not 24 hours) at home - this is also essential to the role.
You must be a committed, caring, organised person and work well in a small friendly team.
