Temporary Care Worker

At Elite Care we provide temporary staff to supported living, residential and care homes throughout Northamptonshire.

To apply for care work you must have experience of working with people in a care environment. We are currently looking for experienced candidates to work with:

Adults with an Acquired Brain Injury
Older People
Adults with Learning Disabilities
Adults with Autism
Older People with Dementia
Children with Learning and Physical Disabilities
Supported Living
Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties

If your training certificates have expired, do not worry as we hold monthly update sessions at our offices in Central Northampton.
Before we can offer you work, you will need the following:

Experience of working in a caring environment

A face to face interview at our offices

Proof of the right to work in the UK

Current mandatory training certificates

Photographic identification (passport/driving licence)

Proof of address

Proof of your National Insurance number

You will be required to:

Complete an Enhanced DBS application, unless you have joined the update service

Provide references covering the last 5 years - 2 of these must be from a care referee
