Commissioning Operations Manager (Care Homes)

Up to £60,000 per year + monthly car allowance + PR
I am working with a fabulous family-owned care home company to help them find an Experienced Commissioning Operations Manager, ensuring there new care homes open successfully, achieve strong occupancy levels quickly, and deliver an exceptional first impression to residents, families, and stakeholders. You will oversee the full operational setup, ensuring the homes meet all regulatory requirements, are fully staffed, and deliver exceptional care from the outset.
In this post for Commissioning Operations Manager you will:
- Ensure that the care homes are compliant with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care and environment for residents
- Ensure financial and business objectives are being met
- Provide strong leadership, support, and mentoring that will be instrumental in driving the success of the homes and aligning its operations with the company vision and values
In this role for Commissioning Operations Manager you will
- Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare setting
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service
- A track record in commissioning or turning around services
- Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectives
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
- UK NMC registered nurse is desirable but not essential
