Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

40 hours week
I am looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to develop, lead and grow a fabulous service in Rugby for an expanding company. The service currently has 26 service users but are growing steadily.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch
- Organise Community events or partnerships to raise awareness of services
- Contribute to the smooth running of the business
- Building the customer base
- Complaint management
- Ensure appropriate recruitment levels to reduce staff turnover
- Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff that contribute to effective team working
- Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards
- Manage the safety and quality of the services provided
- Understand and monitor health and safety and act as a lead for infection prevention control
- Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry
- Liaise with senior management and deliver KPI’s as required
For this exciting post you will need:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
- Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting
- Excellent business acumen with a strong desire to develop and grow the service
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards
- Good knowledge of health and safety matters
- Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- A full UK driving licence with a car
