It was very difficult with me for the past three weeks for me to come to this decision but I just have to make it.  I have been shuttling between Northampton and London that made it very difficult for me to continue working with Elite. It was very difficult for me to be available these times therefore I have to end my service with you. I learned a lot in your organization and I appreciate that very much. There is time to come and time to go. My time to go has come. With heavy heart, I am tendering my resignation to the wonderful Elite Care Recruitment as of today.
