Registered Manager – Supported Living

I am looking for a Supported Living Manager to manage semi-independent supported living services for 16–18-year-old care leavers across Northamptonshire and the Midlands.
In this role you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services
- Provide leadership, management, supervision and support to the staff team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to young people
- Develop and implement care plans for young people
- Conduct assessments and reassessments of young people’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Oversee the staff rota, coordinate and deploy resources in relation to the needs of the services
- Be responsible for the Health and Safety of staff and clients, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are always followed providing a safe working environment.
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and approved practice
For this great post you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience of working as a Registered Manager within supported living or adult services or a children’s social care setting
- A health and care management qualification (NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care, Leadership and Management of Care Services (LMC), Registered Managers Award, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A full driving licence valid in the UK with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
