We are looking for a locum Team Manager to oversee a Social Work Team for adults with learning disabilities.

 You will be required to:

  •  Manage a team, its resources and budgets in order to assess the needs and provide services to support adults with disabilities or long-term ill health
  •  Maintain high standards of professional practice throughout the team
  • Make decisions regarding the safeguarding of service users
  • Identify and implement service improvements to ensure quality service delivery

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • In-Depth experience in social/health care field • Experience of managing a staff team
  • GSCC registration
  • Substantial knowledge of legislation and statutory responsibilities relating to Community Care, including quality standards
