Our client requires a permanent RGN Deputy Manager for an excellent 35 bedded Nursing Home in Bedford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified RGN to develop into a managerial role.

RMA/LMC qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.

Duties include managing the day to day running of the Nursing Home in the absence of the Home Manager, assisting with planning workloads and supervisions.  This post includes being on-call.
