Our client is an established Specialist Residential Therapeutic Service for young people, promoting their welfare whist delivering exceptionally high standards of therapeutic care and education.

We are looking for x2 Residential Care Worker's in the Bedfordshire area.

You will already have:

At least 2 years experience in Residential Child care
NVQ 3 in Childcare and undertake mandatory training
Good written and verbal communication skills
Report writing experience
Full manual driving licence
Must be at least 21 (National Minimum Standards)
