My client is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Care Worker, for an established Specialist Residential Therapeutic service for young people, who have a range of complex needs.

You must have:

• NVQ 3 in Childcare
• 3 years experience in Residential Child Care including acting as a Key worker
• You will need good written and verbal communication skills, and you must be willing to undertake mandatory training

The right candidate needs to be able to understand and empathise with the needs of young people

A Full Driving Licence is Essential and you must be at least 21 years old (National Minimum Standards)
