Education Support Worker required to assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the Head Teacher and Class Teachers.  You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Education Team.

Essential requirements: 

• You will be qualified to GCSE level or equivalent
• 1 years general administration experience in a school setting
• Experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour/special needs
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Self starter who demonstrates a high level of motivation and commitment
• Full manual driving licence

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge of National Minimum and Ofsted Standards
• Knowledge of National Curriculum
• Experience of working within a team of multi agency approach
• Outdoor education qualification
