We are currently recruiting a Domiciliary Care Manager for a new service in Northampton.  You will be responsible for managing and growing the business.  Experience in home care is preferred and a sound knowledge of the care industry is essential. 

You will ideally hold a RMA/LMC/NVQ 4 in Care Management and be fully conversant with the National Care Standards.  Candidates who have not achieved those qualifications yet will be considered depending on their experience.  You will have excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in an ever changing environment.

Duties will include:

  •  Ensuring all of care delivered is of the highest standard
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and CQC requirements
  • Development of policies and procedures in line with changes in good practice and legislation
  • Marketing to new customers
