Elite have been very consistent and thorough in their search to find a Registered Manager for us. We have been Social Workers with Elite Care since October 2004 and have never been without good quality placements that meet our needs and expertise. We have been more than happy with the support that Elite gives us and the fact that we are always paid on time (something which other agencies - so we have heard - can be a problem). Elite Care provides permanent weekend and night cover at one of our projects, and permanent night cover at another. They also provide to all of our centres with ad-hoc cover.
