We urgently need Support Workers to work with adults with a learning disability throughout Northamptonshire in day centres and residential care homes. 
As a Support Worker, you will expected to promote independence, enable social outings and to encourage service users to play a positive part in society.

You must have experience of working with adults with learning disabilities, and be able to work various shifts.  You must also have a current CRB and training certificates.  It would be advantageous if you also have a driving licence.  These jobs will involve shift work.
